DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- Free Standard Shipping on Retail Orders Over $70 in the US.
- Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
- Overnight orders placed Friday before 11AM PST will be delivered the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Some of our carriers deliver orders on the weekend.
- We will send an email notification once your order ships. It will identify the carrier and their tracking number. We use FedEx and USPS. Only USPS can deliver to a PO Box.
- Please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update at USPS. Sometimes they mark an order as delivered a day or two before delivery actually occurs. FedEx provides relatively timely information updates.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDER SHIPPING:
- Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is not currently available.
- Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your rslabshealth.com account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set-up a new subscription that contains all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.
- Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping on orders over $70. If you have a wholesale account, please see your shipping prices at checkout. These prices are calculated by the carrier and include our volume discounts.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- Maximum Vitality® partners with FedEx to provide shipping to our valued international customers.
- International Shipping Rates:
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Packages will be delivered in 3 – 12 business days, delivery by the end of the 12th business day (Monday – Friday).
- Weekend delivery is not available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
- International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX SHIPPING:
- We cannot ship to international PO Boxes. All international orders require a verifiable physical shipping address and we are unable to ship through alternate couriers at this time.
- We currently support shipments to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, and New Zealand.
- Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
